Renovation of six former mill-houses, completely gutted and reconfigured, into state-of-the-art hotel featuring high-speed data connections and year-round outdoor pool. Responsible for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design and construction phase services. Systems involved multiple zones, chilled water, and Variable Air Volume system design, requiring special considerations in equipment selection, heat generation, and utilization of direct Digital Control system. Significant design challenges required matching historic nature of buildings, while meeting current needs and sensitivity to matching style of nearby museum. Back to Top
