Description of Professional Services
On-call civil/site engineering services involving site layout, drainage, pavement, sidewalks, and landscaping for 2003 campus improvements:
- Relocatation the O2 storage unit to southeast corner of rear parking area
- Parking and south entrance revisions for permit compliance
- Boiler room addition for co-generation project
- 25 x 25 ft± addition to the rear of the 38 South Main Street building
- New stand alone (25’ x 40’ ±) garage
- Removal of existing garage and former thrift shop building. Reconfigure main parking area
- Infill both sides of outpatient entrance (two floor additions)
- Extension of South Main Street sidewalk to Day Care/Thrift Shop site
Services included obtaining necessary local (DRB) and ACT 250 approvals. Base plan updates to reflect MRI and helipad at the ER entrance, new Day Care, and Thrift Shop. Site design and modification to existing grading, pavement, sidewalks, lighting, drainage, and landscaping in support of permitting to accommodate the above improvements will be reflected on the site plan(s). Permitting includes local site plan and ACT 250 Approval, water supply and wastewater disposal permit, ACT 250 Amendment, NPDES (Construction Permit), Air Quality, and Stormwater Discharge Permit.
