DuBois & King is seeking a Licensed Surveyor looking for opportunities for growth to work with our growing survey team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of field survey procedures including linear topographic survey, boundary surveys, land record research and plan preparation, and construction layout
- Taking an active role in client relations, researching land records, and preparing plans.
- The position provides opportunities for regular participation in business development, staff growth and mentoring, and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 of relevant experience (though the firm is willing to mentor and train the right individual)
- Active LS license, or the ability to obtain one in 12 months.
- Ability to operate survey equipment; GPS, Total Station and Robotics is required. Preference will be given to applicants with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a desire for growth including managing personnel as well as projects.
- Experience with business development or public sector clients is preferred.
- CAD Experience
