Verizon Wireless – Pownal Center Telecommunications Facility

 

DuBois & King provided civil/site, electrical, structural, and environmental engineering services to design, permit, and construct a new telecommunications facility in the Town of Pownal, Vermont. Project was designed to complement an existing working farm controlled under Land Trust Easements requiring that all improvements complement the farm. Project included designing a 900 ft access drive adjacent to an existing field, a 50 ft by 50 ft telecommunications compound, a 130 ft tall wind turbine that would also support antennas, design of the wind turbine interconnect providing the farmer with wind generated electricity, and utility services to operate the facility. Services included:

Verizon Wireless – Woodstock South Telecommunications Facility

 

DuBois & King provided civil/site, electrical, structural, mechanical, and environmental engineering services to design, permit, and construct a new telecommunications facility in the Town of Woodstock, Vermont. Project was constructed on the roof of the Woodstock Inn Administration Building owned by the Woodstock Inn. Improvements included designing support for an equipment shelter on the third floor and installation of a stealth fiberglass cupola, antennas behind the screen, and an emergency generator to serve both the building and Verizon Wireless. Services included:

Design included an access drive, a 50 ft by 40 ft telecommunications compound, a 130 ft tall monopole tower, and utility services to operate the facility. Services included:

Project included design of an access road, a 50 ft by 75 ft telecommunications compound located in a flood plain, a 100 ft tall stealth flag pole designed to conceal the antennas, and utility services to operate the facility. DuBois & King provided civil/site, electrical, structural, and environmental engineering services to design, permit, and construct a new telecommunications facility in the Town of Ferrisburgh, Vermont. Project included design of an equipment shelter attached to an existing barn designed to resemble existing additions to the barn, 10 ft fiberglass RF transparent extension of the existing Harvestore silo to enclose the telecommunications antennas, and utility services to operate the facility.
