DuBois & King provided civil/site, electrical, structural, and environmental engineering services to design, permit, and construct a new telecommunications facility in the Town of Pownal, Vermont. Project was designed to complement an existing working farm controlled under Land Trust Easements requiring that all improvements complement the farm. Project included designing a 900 ft access drive adjacent to an existing field, a 50 ft by 50 ft telecommunications compound, a 130 ft tall wind turbine that would also support antennas, design of the wind turbine interconnect providing the farmer with wind generated electricity, and utility services to operate the facility.
