DuBois & King provided the design of the Perley Farm Road reconstruction and flood resilient channel protection on the White River in Royalton, Vermont. High river stages during Tropical Storm Irene destroyed a 500 ft long section of Perley Farm Road, which ran along the north bank of the White River. Project objectives included the design of a road alignment, which fit into the existing site conditions, and armoring the river bank to improve flood resiliency. Construction was completed in the summer of 2015.
