Andrew Hoak, PE, PG, has been promoted to Director of DuBois & King’s Environmental Services Division. Andy is a hydrogeologist and civil engineer working on dam rehabilitation and removal, stormwater, water quality enhancement, hazardous material remediation, and civil engineering, including water sourcing, slope protection, and on-site wastewater disposal systems. He also enjoys agricultural water quality projects and is a Natural Resources Conservation Service Technical Service Provider in New York and Vermont. He is currently supporting projects in New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia, and West Virginia. 

Andy’s objectives include growing the division and expanding the range of environmental services DuBois & King offers. For decades, DuBois & King’s Environmental Services division has provided local, state, and federal permitting support and all phases of NEPA documentation assistance and wetlands services. Under Andy’s direction, the firm has expanded staffing in the areas of botany and wildlife, including bat habitat evaluation.
