Enterprise Aly is a parking area serving the historic Barre, Vermont, downtown commercial/residential area. Paralleling Main Street/US 302/VT 14, the soil below the site was contaminated by illicit discharge from a drycleaning facility. D&K provided the City with engineering, permitting, and construction inspection supporting the implementation of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP). In addition to implementing the CAP, site improvements include pedestrian and bicycle-friendly facilities and expanded parking. Construction on the project began at the end of the summer in 2015.
