Responsibilities

Design and review CAD Works
Preparation of reports
Speciation development and review
Ability to work within fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
Experience with Site development, buildings, HVAC, and electrical process and controls is a plus
Completing and checking engineering calculations
Advancement opportunities will be commensurate with education and experience

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Senior Electrical Engineer

DuBois & King, Inc. is currently hiring for an Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer with experience from 5 to 10 years in site, building systems, and/or infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

Establish a working relationship with the other staff, and be an effective team member of the Division.

Conduct site reviews as needed for feasibility studies, planning, and design projects.
Learning key engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit and other programs/conventions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in electrical engineering is required
FE preferred or obtained within first 6 months of employment.
PE is preferred
AutoCAD and/or Revit experience is preferred.

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $175,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Electrical Engineering Healthcare Manager

DuBois & King, Inc. is currently hiring for an Electrical Healthcare Manager with 10+ years of experience in site, building systems, and/or infrastructure design. This position is within our growing Healthcare group, with a wide variety of projects in commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational and municipal markets throughout New England.

Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $150,000 – $225,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. CAD Revit Designer

DuBois & King, Inc., is seeking a CAD REVIT Designer with 2+ years of CAD/REVIT experience to be based in our rapidly growing Building Services division.

Responsibilities:

Prepare technical reports and fire alarm drawings.
Conduct field surveys of existing buildings.
Work with Special Inspections and Code Consulting teams to provide fully integrated fire and life safety solutions in response to client project needs.
Manage multiple project deadlines with varying priorities.
Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with owners, architects, vendors, other design professionals and contractors.
Enhance the firm’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing internal and external client requests.
Demonstrate core values and serves as a role model/mentor to all firm members.
Update job knowledge and technical expertise by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in technical organizations and obtaining certifications in area of expertise and participating in the firm’s Technical Committee as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience
Experience to include: Facilities surveys, reports, feasibility studies, design, specifications, cost estimating, and construction activity support.
Knowledge of Engineering drafting standards
Demonstrable understanding of construction process and interpretation of construction drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCad, REVIT and Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skills
Other Skills/Abilities: Team oriented, professional, self-starter, with positive attitude and multi-tasking capability
Knowledge of building code standards preferred

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $95,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Civil Engineer

DuBois & King, Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer with approximately 5 – 10 years of experience. This is a full-time engineering position with full benefits in our busy and growing Site & Land division.

Responsibilities

Learning key engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS programs/conventions.
Assist in the development and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
Conduct site reviews as needed for feasibility studies, planning, and design projects.
Provide conceptual, preliminary, and final design civil engineering support for all divisions. These tasks are likely to include: investigation, research, calculations, evaluation of alternatives, and design development on a variety of projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
PE or ability to obtain one within 12 months preferred

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $105,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
