Developing and maintaining strong working relationships within D&K and with external clients to support continued growth of the dam engineering practice

Managing and engineering dam-related projects primarily in New England and throughout the northeastern United States under municipal, state, and federal contracts

Performing engineering analyses and design related to dam structures, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, geotechnical analysis, and structural evaluation
-
Managing project teams and providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff
-
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or the ability to obtain licensure within 12 months, in Vermont, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts
-
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or higher
-
Ability to work from either the South Burlington, Vermont or Holyoke, Massachusetts office

Ability to travel throughout New England.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
