Design, site plan applications, and periodic construction inspections for development of Cumberland Farms combination convenience store fuel dispensing stations. Services include site design, demolition, utilities, lighting, landscape, signage, parking and truck turning, grading and drainage, erosion control, and drainage report (evaluation of pre- and post-development stormwater runoff via HydroCAD) in accordance with local zoning ordinances and development regulations. Projects required coordination with fire suppression specialist; fuel safety specialists; local utility companies (electric, telephone, water, and sanitary); and municipal planning, code, and engineering officials. DuBois & King provided ALTA/ACSM land title boundary and topographic surveys, additional survey required for construction, construction stakeout, and ALTA/ACSM record survey after construction.
