Located in the heart of historic downtown Bennington, the Putnam Block comprises approximately 70,000 SF of mixed-use space and historic structures, such as the Putnam Hotel, the Courthouse, and the former Winslow Hardware Building, as well as new buildings. The Putnam Block Redevelopment is designed to reinvigorate the building stock that frames the west side of Main Street and South Street. D&K led electrical design, including lighting, power, and emergency power and lighting systems.
