DuBois & King’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural engineers provide comprehensive services that are integral to building designs. Whether designing a new facility or renovating or upgrading a contemporary or historic campus, our engineers provide design, modeling, bid and construction documents, and opinions of probable cost for a wide range of projects.

We work with government, healthcare, education, historic, commercial, and residential entities. Our teams support assessments for HVAC, process, structural, power, lighting, data, and controls. 

Our engineers work closely with owners, architects, and other professionals using collaboration tools, such as Revit, to minimize conflicts and delays and clearly communicate regarding the design intent. We have hands-on experience implementing practical measures to help facilities become more sustainable and energy efficient, require less maintenance, and achieve greater comfort and control. Our structural and MEP engineers hold LEED certifications and support design projects that meet specific LEED certifications and/or incorporate practices within LEED guidelines.
