DuBois & King provides services to support the expansion and improvement of a range of housing types. Our teams support high-, medium-, and low-density housing, homeowner associations, manufactured housing communities, real estate companies, and government entities. In addition, we work extensively with healthcare and education clients to support developing and maintaining live-in care facilities and residence halls.

Our professionals provide site planning and design; stormwater, water/wastewater, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental design; boundary and topographic survey; landscape architecture; and environmental resource inventory, management, and permitting assistance. We communicate proactively with regulatory agencies to support project designs that comply with regulations, satisfy permit requirements, and meet schedules and budgets.
