Construction Phase

DuBois & King provides construction phase services for projects designed by the firm and for projects designed by others. As the owner’s representative, D&K provides contract administration and operates as the liaison between the owner and the contractor to obtain contractor adherence to the project design, schedule, and budget. Our construction observation services include contractor’s activity observation, and review of field testing of soils, concrete, and materials sampling.

D&K resident engineers prepare daily tracking reports, records maintenance, schedule monitoring, assistance in substantial completion/final inspections, and punch list preparation. We provide construction phase services for infrastructure improvements for road reconstruction, sidewalks, bridges, dams, water or wastewater facilities, airports, stormwater, sites, construction/expansion/renovation of buildings, and more.
