Chuck Goodling, PE

President

Chuck guides and implements key decisions that contribute to the long-term vision and culture at D&K. He works closely with team members of every discipline to support the firm’s ongoing work and manage the firm’s technical staff. His responsibilities include contract management of multidisciplinary federal and state IDIQs, quality management, client/owner coordination, and oversight and direction of technical operations.

Chuck joined the company nearly 40 years ago as a project engineer focused on wastewater and drinking water. His expertise in the field of public works led him to the design of significant wastewater treatment facilities and complex road reconstruction projects, as well as oversight of D&K’s construction phase services. Over his tenure, he transitioned from project engineer to project manager, contract manager, divisional leader, and ultimately, to company president.
