David Conger, PE
Senior Vice President, Director of Site & Land and Transportation
David’s background includes as broad a range of professional experience as the term “civil engineer” conveys. Serving as a principal at D&K, he oversees our transportation, civil/site, and survey teams, having managed and led design and permitting for roadway, aviation, stormwater, site development, and river channel projects.
Over his 30-plus-year career, David has led large multidisciplinary teams on significant highway, bridge, disaster response, housing, and commercial projects in Vermont; he previously managed large-scale airport and transportation projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He serves as a strong resource to municipalities and as a mentor to junior staff navigating FEMA processes.
