Guy Rouelle, CM

Director of Aviation

Guy oversees D&K’s airport planning and engineering services and aviation staff. His deep knowledge of aviation stems from his many years of experience as a pilot, airport manager, state aeronautics director, and consultant. Guy previously led the Vermont State Aeronautics Division, where he oversaw 10 state airports and more than 270 airport leases. He served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army Aviation Branch for 15 years, which included spending time in the Southwest and beyond.
