Jon Ashley, PE

Senior Vice President, Director of Public Works

Jon is a D&K principal with more than 30 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, on-site water and sewer, slope stabilization, site civil, and corrective actions for hazardous materials. Responsible for growing, managing, and supporting water and wastewater collection and treatment infrastructure and natural and water resources groups at D&K, he oversees D&K teams tasked with public-facing environmental projects.

Jon’s work is significantly informed by his dedication to community—he is a volunteer firefighter, wrestling coach, and sheep farmer. As a community enthusiast, he works to bring cost-effective and practical engineering and funding solutions to his projects. Whether he is managing a large multidisciplinary team for government or private entities or a municipal infrastructure improvement project governed by a bond budget, his background enables client partners, stakeholders, and colleagues to meet technical and regulatory goals while knowing their project inputs are considered in practical and effective ways.
