Keith DeMoura
Director of Building Services
With more than 40 years in building services and contracting, Keith oversees our 45-plus-person MEP staff, ensuring they have the management, support, and training needed to lead diverse and successful projects. He also serves as a liaison for key clients and our mechanical and electrical teams working on projects throughout the Northeast.
A vocational school graduate, Keith’s background in facilities engineering is also informed by his 30 years of experience as owner of a mechanical contracting company. Before becoming D&K’s Director of Building Services, he was a partner in Yeaton MEP. The positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills Keith brings to his team blend neatly into his passion to serve his community; he’s been an EMT and a firefighter for nearly three decades and currently serves on the Henniker, NH, Planning Board. He is also president of his local ATV club.

Fun Fact: Keith loves to get his hands dirty—he has built two of his own homes from the foundation up.
