Leslie Fillion
Vice President of Business Operations
Leslie serves as D&K’s Business Manager, focused on improving the firm’s efficiency, strengthening our contract review procedures, advancing corporate policies and procedures, and negotiating new lease and insurance agreements. She is passionate about providing a healthy and inviting work environment for our staff and always seeks ways to improve our environment and strengthen employee engagement.
Leslie has a strong background in business—she previously worked for a brokerage service company and served as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at a computer corporation before joining the consulting firm of Yeaton Associates. During her 14-year tenure with Yeaton, Leslie was promoted to President of Yeaton MEP. Since Yeaton joined D&K, she has studied D&K’s financial and administrative systems and grown into her current leadership role within our senior management team.
