Melissa Stephen
Vice President of Administration
During her 18-year tenure, Melissa has been integrally involved in the firm’s growth and transformation into a mid-sized professional services consulting firm. Overseeing D&K’s Marketing and Business Development team and other administrative team members, she focuses on the firm’s message and visibility and is deeply involved in developing and stewarding the company’s welcoming and scrappy New England culture. Her “can-do” attitude and tenacity for doing the right thing and doing things right have served her well as a key member of the company’s leadership and management team.
A New England native, Melissa moved to Vermont in 2007 and joined D&K the next year. Since that time, D&K has embarked on new areas of service and significantly expanded our geographic footprint; the marketing team now supports 11 offices in multiple states.
Before joining D&K, Melissa served as Director of Publications and Associate Director of Communications for a college for 20 years. She copyedits and proofreads for fun and has a keen eye for design as seen in the firm’s printed and electronic collateral.
