DuBois & King, Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountants to join our accounting team at our Bedford, NH or Randolph or S. Burlington, VT offices. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and is comfortable interacting with colleagues across multiple divisions and locations. The Project Accountant will play a key role in project financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities, that include:
- Accounts Payable
- Credit & collections
- Project management
- Invoicing & contract administration
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is required
- Experience with Unanet AE is a plus
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Range
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
