DuBois & King, Inc. is currently hiring for an Electrical Healthcare Manager with 10+ years of experience in site, building systems, and/or infrastructure design. This position is within our growing Healthcare group, with a wide variety of projects in commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational and municipal markets throughout New England.
Responsibilities
- Duties shall include preparation of reports, CAD, and specifications for all types of projects related to site development, buildings, HVAC and electrical processes and controls.
- Establish a working relationship with the other staff, and be an effective team member of the Division.
- Assist in the development and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Conduct site reviews as needed for feasibility studies, planning, and design projects.
- Learning key engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit and other programs/conventions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in site, building systems, and/or infrastructure design
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering is required
- PE, or the ability to obtain one withing 6 months, is preferred.
- AutoCAD and/or Revit experience
- Experience in Healthcare design is preferred
Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 – $225,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
