Under single-project and on-call contracts, D&K works closely with municipalities of all sizes across Northern New England and Western New York. As a firm focused on planning and supporting projects that serve the public, our broad experience allows our staff to support municipalities by operating as an extension of municipal staff; this allows committee and department personnel and volunteers to perform the work they do best while supplementing their expertise and depth with our knowledgeable staff.

Projects have included water/sewer/stormwater utility, airport, bicycle, pedestrian, roadway, dam, parking, and bridge assessment and design, as well as significant capital improvement plans, asset management plans, streetscape and park planning design, and bike-ped scoping studies. D&K also provides emergency response services for manmade and natural disasters and planning board reviews.
