Yeaton Associates acquired by D&K
Yeaton Associates (Yeaton), a 20-person mechanical and electrical professional engineering firm located in Bedford, New Hampshire, has joined the DuBois & King team. This merger creates an MEP powerhouse of talented professionals, greatly increasing D&K’s ability to advance critical infrastructure projects. Yeaton’s well-established presence in southern New Hampshire enhances D&K’s ability to service a greater area of New England and beyond.
This merger addresses one of D&K’s core values: sustainability. D&K is focused on improving the built environment—lessening pressure on the natural environment while improving environmental and financial resiliency. The addition of talented MEP professionals strengthens D&K’s ability to provide positive, meaningful contributions toward solving infrastructure challenges with sustainable design solutions.
The strengthening of D&K’s MEP team enhances D&K’s ability to implement design solutions that have positive impacts on individuals, communities, and society throughout the region. This merger has allowed us to create a dedicated healthcare practice, which will maintain and upgrade hospitals, nursing homes, and other care facilities, including those led by the US VA, Concord Hospital, Dartmouth Health, University of Vermont Health, and Gifford Health Care.
D&K’s acquisition of Yeaton creates a 45-person mechanical and electrical staff located in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The new MEP team members are already working closely with other D&K staff to improve the environmental and financial resiliency associated with sustainable MEP design for a diverse set of client partners and infrastructure.
